Who Is Jesus?

Whether you’re here because you have questions, or simply because someone sent you a link to this page, here’s who Jesus is and why He matters. Simply put, Jesus is the Son of God who loves you literally more than life itself. He wants nothing more than to be with you forever, but it’s only through Him that this can happen. Let’s start here (videos located below).

Designed For Good

1. Designed for Good

“God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning-the sixth day.” – Genesis 1:31

God originally designed the world for good. We were created to have a relationship with Him and each other.

Damaged By Evil

2. Damaged by Evil

Genesis 3

A disease called sin infected the human race. It broke our connection with God and damaged our relationships with others.

Restored For Better3. Restored for Better

“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.” – Colossians 1:15-20

God restored creation, relationships, and our connection to Him by the power of Jesus’ death and resurrection.

4. Sent Together to Heal

When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. He told them: “Take nothing for the journey-no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra tunic. Whatever house you enter, stay there until you leave that town. If people do not welcome you, shake the dust off your feet when you leave their town, as a testimony against them.” So they set out and went from village to village, preaching the gospel and healing people everywhere. – Luke 9:1-6

We are a sent people called to become like Jesus. We must join Him, help heal the world, and connect others to Him.
